Shipping policy

Order acceptance:

After your order is finalised, it will be securely packed using environmentally friendly products and then dispatched using one of our Shipping Service Providers. 

Once an order has been packed and sealed, we can no longer add or alter any of the products or quantity of products to be dispatched. 

Multiple Orders

We cannot combine multiple orders to the same address or orders placed by the same person. Orders will be shipped as they are received unless otherwise specified or arranged.

In some circumstances, orders may be pending for more than 72 hours as we procure, formulate or otherwise make your requested products. 

Cold Product Shipping: 

All cold products are packed with either biodegradable insulation or with a cold pack. These items are kept refrigerated until your order is dispatched. Some products may be received warm due to shipping delays, and we would like to refer you to the parent company's cold product viability statements on their websites. We will not ship cold products on Fridays, Public holidays or weekends to allow the best shipping timeframe that we can.

We may use, Sendle, Australia Post and Australia Post Express parcel services to deliver your products.

Other Australian States

We may use, Sendle, Australia Post and Australia Post Express parcel services to deliver your products.

Tracking Information

Our Shipping providers may send you a tracking link for your parcels. These are sent either to your nominated Email address or the email address you used to log in to our website. 

Shipping Terms - Oasis of Health

We reserve the right to choose any Shipping service provider of our choice, based on delivery location and speed of delivery, cost of delivery and parcel weight. Your parcels may arrive via a shipping provider that you may not have chosen to minimise shipping time.

We also reserve the right to upgrade or downgrade your shipping method based on delivery location, delivery speed, deliverycost of delivery and parcel weight. If there were a change in your delivery service, we would advise you directly, and if any credits for the change in shipping cost are due, they will be issued to your account. Please note that we will not charge you extra if we choose to upgrade your shipping method. 

Competition prices are shipped freight-free, using standard Australia post services. All cold product policies will be followed irrespective of the prize containing cold products. We do this to ensure that your products arrive undamaged and fresh. 

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by floods, fires, or other acts of God. We will assist in alleviating the situation where we can, but we cannot guarantee that any resolution may come from any enquiries.

Orders that have been drop-shipped and delivered are the responsibility of the prescribing practitioner; however, we will try our best to assist with missing or miss-shipped orders.
