West Aussie Honey

Our honey is Pure and straight from local WA beekeepers.

We receive our honey fresh from different producers around the state, at which point the team processes this liquid gold into our glass jars as soon as it arrives.

No nasties, no added preservatives or sugar syrups. 

 **All honey is subject to seasonal availability** 

Flavour profiles:

Jarrah (Our team's favourite)

- a warm caramel with hints of sweetness poking through. A robust body and a slight cinnamon aftertaste. Texture wise, thick and silky, To put it simply, not too sweet, not too woody. 

Mixed Flora (Classic wild, raw honey)

- a fruity floral mix with hints of eucalyptus and other wildflowers. A sharper sweetness compared to a single species, with a clear aftertaste. The texture-wise, fairly runny and a little grainier than most, but it will be perfect for the sweet tooth in the family.

Redgum (Something for everyone)

-  a sweet mix of eucalyptus and light resin. An excellent middle ground between the fruity floral notes of the Mixed flora and the bold caramel of the Jarrah. The texture is thick and velvety, with a deep reddish hue
